Gentle Hatha Yoga for all abilities. In the amazing community space of Partick Burgh Hall :)
Plenty of options and modifications. Combining movement, breath work and relaxation. Building confidence with Yoga postures and learning handy tools to bring calm and soothe the nervous system. Working with postures which flow with the breath, move mindfully at a comfortable pace which allows for focus & calm.

Travel info: Nearest station is Partick, 5 minutes walk. On-street car parking.
What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, optional blanket and wear some comfy layers
