    Prioritising the breath, meeting the body with compassion.

    An energising and upbeat class, offering a playful yoga practice.

    Modifications given, pick your own pace, this class is mixed level. Build strength and stability. Move with the breath.

  • Sunday Evening Unwind

    Gentle Hatha Yoga for all abilities.

    Move mindfully at a pace which allows for focus & calm. Nourishing relaxation at the end of your week. Enjoy a complimentary herbal tea.

Emma has explored Yoga for over a decade, with teachers from the Hatha, Ashtanga & Sivananda Yoga traditions. She draws inspiration from the lineage of Yoga, combined with the influence of nature, art and Buddhist philosophy.

Her professional journey spans both art and healthcare environments, including hospital and community settings.

Emma champions the expansion of wellness resources, such as yoga and art, with a commitment to developing an approach which widens inclusivity and accessibility.
